Orders

My shipment did not arrive properly, now what?

If your shipment has not arrived properly or damaged, you can contact us by sending a message with a photo of what the shipment looks like when you have just taken it out of the box, so we can see what happened and with find a suitable solution for you.

How do you ensure that the plants arrive safely?

We pack every plant with the utmost care and in sturdy boxes.

The plants are packed with plastic mail order packaging that ensures that the plant has a shield, as it were and is less likely to be damaged. The plastic is 100% recyclable and sustainable.

Then we put these mail-order packaging in FSC-certified boxes and we fasten the mail-order packaging well so that it cannot move.

We seal the box and ship it via an external postal company that varies per order.

(All Rare plants are shipped with heat packs as standard to keep the quality of the plants high)

Do all your plants have a plant passport?

Yes, all our plants have been checked and have a European plant passport, if you want to be sure that you have a plant passport with your order, please let us know in the comment box with your order or email us.
